Job Description

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator, operating within the CPMO Project Department based in Tabuk, KSA, plays a critical role in supporting the efficient management and coordination of logistics operations across all regional project sites. This position ensures that project assets, equipment, accommodation, transportation, site access, and project resources are effectively controlled, tracked, and managed to enable smooth project execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating within a large-scale, fast-paced project environment in Tabuk, the LR coordinates logistics activities that directly support project delivery operations across multiple locations. Key focus areas include asset and equipment tracking, site access requirements, transportation arrangements, accommodation allocation, and PMC vehicle management.
  
  
  

The position maintains rigorous operational continuity by keeping accurate records, monitoring compliance with project procedures, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and service providers. Through efficient resource allocation and strict accountability, the LR ensures seamless movement and availability of essential project resources.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in logistics coordination, asset management, and site support within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or PMC project environments. Degree Qualified in Engineering/ Business Administration or related field.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

Project Logistics & Asset Management: Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, asset inventory tracking, site access protocols, and fleet/equipment management within large-scale infrastructure projects.

KSA Regulatory & Local Familiarity: Understanding of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) logistics regulations, customs/transportation procedures, and localized site security access protocols.
