Leasing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate leasing to lead and develop the leasing team while driving occupancy and revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire leasing lifecycle—from lead generation and property viewings to lease execution and unit handover—ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer experience, and continuous team performance improvement.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee the complete leasing process, including inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, lease execution, and unit handover.
• Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Review and approve pricing strategies, leasing offers, and special promotions in coordination with management.
• Supervise lease renewals and new lease agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze occupancy rates, conversion ratios, leasing reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Property Management, and Maintenance teams to maximize occupancy and streamline operations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop leasing staff to enhance both sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi real estate regulations, company standards, and the Ejar platform requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Ejar platform and leasing regulations.
• Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Valid FAL License.
