Lead Product Manager
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who will act as the primary customer-facing representative for a defined functional scope, serving as the accountable owner for the end-to-end definition, shaping, and tracking of requirements across the value stream.
Operating as an advanced Epic Owner, the role ensures that customer needs are properly understood, challenged when relevant, translated into actionable requirements and effectively delivered in collaboration with the Bangalore squads. Combining strong customer engagement, solution understanding and coordination capabilities, the Lead Product Manager represents the value stream towards the customer, while working in close partnership with Squad Tech Leads to secure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and studio commitments.

What You Will Do
Customer engagement and requirement leadership
- Act as the main interface with customer stakeholders for the assigned value stream, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs, priorities, and constraints
- Gather, clarify, and continuously refine customer requirements, ensuring they are properly structured, challenged when needed, and aligned with delivery feasibility
- Represent the customer voice within the value stream and ensure it is consistently reflected in scope definition, prioritization, and delivery decisions
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, optimize, or expand the scope based on customer needs and Amadeus capabilities
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to converge on clear, agreed, and actionable requirements
- Own the value stream scope from requirement definition through implementation follow-up, validation, and delivery monitoring
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and squad execution by working closely with Bangalore-based Squad Tech Leads
- Maintain full visibility on priorities, progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans within the value stream
- Steer prioritization and sequencing of requirements to support business objectives, delivery commitments, and program milestones
- Ensure delivered solutions achieve the expected functional outcomes and business value
- Identify and manage dependencies impacting the value stream across squads and contributors
- Coordinate with Squad Tech Leads and Architects to secure timely decisions and resolve dependencies
- Anticipate risks and define mitigation plans to support successful delivery
- Ensure solutions remain consistent, scalable, and aligned with the overall product and business vision
- Provide functional expertise within the value stream and contribute recommendations in collaboration with Architects
- Support clarification of functional behaviors and implementation considerations
- Contribute to the analysis and resolution of delivery issues or defects
- Ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with customer expectations
- Work closely with Bangalore-based delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and execution
- Build strong and effective working relationships across Jeddah and Bangalore teams
- Provide clear communication on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
- Promote collaborative, transparent, and outcome-driven ways of working
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong ability to engage with customers and translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements
- Experience managing complex scopes and coordinating multiple contributors across teams
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively and drive alignment among stakeholders
- Good understanding of digital product delivery and agile collaboration models
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience within airline, travel technology, or aviation-related environments is considered an advantage
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is preferred
