Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to join our team in The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As the Kids Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's recreational facility, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for our young guests.
- Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for children aged 6 weeks to {AGE} years
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and child protection protocols
- Manage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, emergency contact information, and incident reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to create integrated family-friendly experiences and promotions
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and maintain high-quality service standards
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making improvements as necessary
- Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Creativity and enthusiasm in planning and implementing children's activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children effectively
- In-depth knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare
- Familiarity with local child protection laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and childcare management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
