Junior Automation Specialist

About the role
In this position, you will work within our dedicated AIS team to support the technical needs of our partners. You will focus on identifying repetitive tasks and implementing straightforward automation solutions that reduce errors and increase clarity. As an entry level member of the team, you will receive guidance from colleagues while maintaining the autonomy to manage your specific tasks. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of self-supervision and a commitment to methodical, reliable work.

What you will do

• Coordinate with project managers to understand existing manual workflows and data entry patterns.
• Build and test basic automation scripts for data collection and report generation.
• Monitor existing automations to ensure they continue to function as intended without interruption.
• Document all automation logic clearly so other team members can easily understand how systems are built.
• Assist in the migration of project data from legacy systems to modern infrastructure tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within automated sequences and propose simple fixes.
• Provide regular updates on the efficiency and reliability of new automation implementations.
