Mosaic Conseil is a remote consultancy where we rebuild business artifacts one at a time. We do not produce slide decks or manage standing retainers. Instead, we take existing business plans, pricing models, and financial files apart on the bench to put them back together based on the evidence found in the ledger. Our work is precise, personal, and backed by written arguments. We are currently supporting a major Saudi investment group by auditing and refining their internal financial structures and operational models. This project requires a Junior AI Support Specialist to help manage and verify the data processed through our analytical tools.

What you would do
As a Junior AI Support Specialist, you will assist our senior analysts in processing large datasets for our work with the Saudi investment group. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the technical interface between our data sources and the AI tools we use to organize information. This is not a role for building new software, but rather for using AI to extract, clean, and verify the accuracy of business information. You will perform the following tasks:

• Prepare raw data from investment ledgers for analysis by our internal tools.
• Audit AI-generated summaries to ensure every figure matches the source documents.
• Flag inconsistencies in financial models that the AI may have overlooked.
• Help maintain the integrity of our digital library for the Saudi investment project.
• Coordinate with the builder and challenger on a project to provide data on demand.
• Assist in drafting the written arguments that accompany our finished artifacts.
• Monitor the performance of prompt-based workflows to ensure they produce reliable results.

Helpful background
This is an entry level position. We are looking for individuals who are curious about the intersection of business logic and artificial intelligence. While you do not need years of professional experience, you should be comfortable with the following:

• A strong interest in how large language models and data extraction tools function.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and how to read a financial ledger.
• Excellent writing skills, specifically the ability to explain complex things simply.
• Technical curiosity that leads you to solve problems independently.
• The ability to spot small errors in large blocks of text or data.
• Experience with AI tools during your studies or through personal projects.
• A degree or ongoing studies in business, data science, or a related field.

How we work

The challenger's job is to argue against what was built, testing every assumption before a file is closed and sent to the client. We do not hold meetings we did not schedule, and we do not participate in corporate theater. Our communication is primarily written, and our work is handled on paper and backed by a telephone number that answers for ninety days after a project ends. This remote environment requires discipline and a commitment to intellectual honesty.
