We are looking for an IT Officer to join our team. The IT Officer will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

We are looking for an IT Officer to join our team. The IT Officer will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
Job Responsibility-
- Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring data security and implementing security measures to protect the organization's information
- Providing technical support to users and training them on new technologies
- Managing IT vendors and service providers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience with network management and security
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Ability to implement and maintain IT security measures
- Experience in managing and configuring servers, databases, and other IT systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
