Investment Specialist

Job description:

Conducting studies and marketing of investment opportunities, coordinating with investors and relevant stakeholders, preparing studies and reports, and following up on offering and award procedures, in support of achieving investment objectives and enhancing the efficiency of investment opportunity management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate investment opportunities and ensure all requirements for offering them are completed.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new investment opportunities.
• Analyze economic and financial feasibility studies for investment opportunities and assess their viability to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete technical and regulatory requirements.
• Receive and review investors’ requests and respond to their inquiries.
• Follow up on tendering, awarding, and contracting procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investment opportunities.
• Maintain and update databases of investment opportunities, contracts, and related documents.
• Monitor the implementation of assigned investment initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, memoranda, and official correspondence.
• Perform any other duties related to the nature of the role as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Investment, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (if any) are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare studies and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Previous experience in investment, project management, business development, or contract management is preferred.
