Position- Inventory Executive
Job Summary & Purpose: Handle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, so as to provide support to the inventory team leader and store operations. Receive stocks materials, equipment, supplies or merchandise and accountable for maintaining records of quantity and value of material stocked.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:-
Educational Qualification: Preferably Graduate
Professional Certifications: Retail Management, Experience of working in ERP,MS Excel
Skills & Abilities: Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Leading People, Communication, Problem Solving
Job Summary & Purpose: Handle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, so as to provide support to the inventory team leader and store operations. Receive stocks materials, equipment, supplies or merchandise and accountable for maintaining records of quantity and value of material stocked.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:-
- Database management of all stocks in the inventory
- Ensure proper storage, handling of received stocks and ensure merchandise are perfect for selling and report anomalies
- Create GRN for all received merchandise and validate it with LPO and invoice
- Review and check the accuracy of suppliers invoices
- Create PRET and LTI document as per merchandising team request and the item found on the floor
- Ensuring that the Brand Promise product is kept separately and handed over to the Brand Promise Officer
- Update the purchase return report and send it to Merchandising team on weekly basis
- Ensure that all display items are authorized by the Store Manager and is reflected on POS
- Manage the HVS activities and ensure that the inventory log book is updated
- To count, sort and check incoming merchandise; verifies against requisitions and/or invoices
- Assist Inventory to compile SNP report and conduct perpetual inventory(PI Counts) in addition to annual stock taking
- Manage and Maintain the Stock Room
- Check staff’s grooming/discipline and punctuality
- Adherence to the checklists and processes (staff discount policy, store opening/closing etc)
Educational Qualification: Preferably Graduate
