Maintain the Supply Chain system updated and accurate through the collaboration with the concerned stakeholders Support the decision making process through the identification of the Supply Chain performance by participating in Management Meetings reporting and providing performance analysis Ensure efficient inventory control in line with the ISO and safety policies and procedures
Accountabilities
Reporting Documentation:
Issue the monthly closing reports through including all the monthly transactions and following up with the warehouses and all the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely monthly closing for all the pending transactions
Participate in the annual count process through archiving all the documents followup with the warehouses and the concerned stakeholders accuracy of the end of year documents to ensure the timely and accurate annual count and issue the annual count report accordingly
Items Management:
Adjust the items price quantity and the expiry date on the system based on the approved requests received from the concerned stakeholders to ensure that the system is updated and accurate
Operations:
Followup on the action plans set on the Supply Chain departments through the issuance of progress report in order to be communicated to the management to ensure the achievement of the targets
Execute the invoices cancelation and the retail good stock stock to be from the stores to the warehouse on the system based on the approved requests received to ensure utilization of Nahdi resources and to ensure that the system is updated and accurate
Safety Procedures:
Work in compliance with the ISO and safety procedures and requirements in order to maintain the ISO certification and to ensure safe working environment
Supply Chain Performance:
Identify and analyze the performance of the Supply Chain Division through the Issuance of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators KPIs periodic reports in order to control the Supply Chain operations identify the areas of improvements and to support the decision making process
Participate in the Periodic Management Meeting through the consolidation of all the Supply Chain Departments presentations followup on the meeting action plans and the presentation of the Key Performance Indicators KPIs in order to present the Supply Chain performance
Employee duties are not limited only to the abovementioned Accountabilities heshe may perform other duties as assigned
