Job Purpose:
Analyze inventory data to ensure stock accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support warehouse and supply chain operations through reporting, root-cause investigation, and process improvement.

Analyze inventory data to ensure stock accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support warehouse and supply chain operations through reporting, root-cause investigation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory performance using ERP/WMS reports (stock availability, movements, shortages, excess/slow-moving items).
- Perform inventory analysis and investigate variances between system and physical stock (GR/PO receipts, transfers, adjustments).
- Support cycle counting and physical inventory activities; track findings and ensure closure of discrepancies.
- Prepare and share inventory reports (aging, stock status, discrepancy reports, KPI dashboards).
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues.
- Ensure correct item master/bin/location setup and support updates when needed.
- Assist in forecasting and replenishment planning by providing reliable inventory insights.
- Support WMS process compliance and help improve inventory workflows and controls.
- Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, analysis, and actions taken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years experience in inventory control, warehouse analytics, or ERP/WMS reporting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory concepts: stock accuracy, cycle count, variance analysis, inventory aging.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS tools and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Experience with Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with WMS operations and inventory control procedures.
- Basic knowledge of inventory KPIs (fill rate, shrinkage/adjustments, accuracy %).
