About the Role:

The Internal Communication Specialist supports the development and execution of the hospital's internal communication strategy, ensuring a consistent and reliable flow of information across all organizational units — while driving engagement, clarity, and alignment with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the hospital's internal communication strategy in alignment with the organizational vision.
• Monitor internal communication channels to ensure accurate and timely information flow across all departments.
• Follow up on employee inquiries related to communications and publications, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
• Prepare, present, and maintain specialized reports, documents, and recommendations in line with approved policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduates eligible for the Tamheer (تمهير) program.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Interest in organizational communication, media, or public relations.
