Intern Project Manager
Arabian Private Holdings
Date: 3 hours ago
City: Riyadh
Contract type: Full time
About the Role
This internship position exists to support our consulting teams as we guide clients through complex corporate transitions. Our client is an established holding group currently reviewing its assets to achieve portfolio clarity, creating an immediate need for structured analytical support. In this role, you will help coordinate our team resources, track key debate points, and ensure our deliverables match the standards expected by our partners.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. Our principal-led structure means that we take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the partners who are actually accountable for the outcome.
Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities. We focus on clarity over complexity. Whether we are helping holding companies rationalize their portfolios or supporting a founder through a scaling transition, our goal is to provide honest, independent advice. We choose to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets.
What You Will Do
We operate on a hybrid model, balancing remote focus with structured in-person collaboration. This approach allows us to maintain strong team connections and mentor our junior team members effectively while giving everyone the flexibility to work independently. Our governance and mentoring philosophy is built on direct access. Because we run a principal-led firm, you will work alongside senior decision-makers on active mandates rather than being isolated within a massive corporate hierarchy.
