Position:

The Interior Designer will develop creative and functional design solutions for public and private sector projects. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, including work on government or semi-public projects, with proven ability in multidisciplinary coordination and fit-out management.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

• Develop detailed interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for diverse project types (Buildings, corporate, fit out design offices and public facilities).
• Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and material selections in coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage fitout works, ensuring adherence to design intent, schedule, and quality standards.
• Conduct onsite inspections and provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP, lighting, structural, and architectural requirements into the interior design.
• Ensure compliance with government platforms such as Etimad and Local Content
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver design solutions that meet functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic standards.
  
  

Strong proficiency in design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Experience with BIM workflows and Enscape/V-Ray rendering plugins is preferred.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture(master’s degree is a plus. )

Strong project management and coordination abilities.

Attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic

Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
