Position: Instrumentation Engineer
Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead instrumentation engineering and field installation activities for oil & gas EPC projects.
- Review and approve instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise installation, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
- Manage control valve, safety valve, and analyzer system installations.
- Coordinate with DCS/SCADA and electrical teams for system integration.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES-J series), ISA, and IEC codes.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve punch lists, and perform pre-commissioning activities.
- Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection team for documentation and approvals.
- Manage and guide instrumentation supervisors and technicians.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 10+ years of field experience in instrumentation installation and commissioning for oil & gas EPC projects.
- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-J), ISA S5.1, IEC 61511.
- Hands-on experience with HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, or similar protocols.
- Strong understanding of SIS/SIL requirements and instrument loop testing.
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
- Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
