Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotor Department as Quality Inspector. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the inspection and verification of gas turbine rotor components during the disassembly and assembly processes.
  
  
• Learn to operate precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet exacting specifications.
  
  
• Support the documentation of inspection findings, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with quality management systems.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions under guidance.
  
  
• Collaborate with the quality and production teams to identify and report deviations or non-conformances in component conditions.
  
  
• Participate in rotor balancing and wheel repair oversight activities to understand the full lifecycle of the equipment.
  
  
• Strictly adhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies and quality procedures.
  
  
• Actively engage in team meetings and training sessions to develop technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical college education or vocational training in a mechanical or quality-related field is preferred.
  
  
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and demonstrate high attention to detail.
  
  
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and measurement principles.
  
  
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
