Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a qualified HR Specialist with a primary focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, while also supporting general HR operations and departmental activities as needed.

The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting the hiring process, providing HR services to employees, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
• Carry out day-to-day HR activities in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and follow-up throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and prepare hiring status reports.
• Assist in preparing recruitment documentation, including interview evaluations, employment offers, and onboarding requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate employee data into HR reports to meet internal and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate HR projects, events, and related logistical arrangements.
• Provide HR services and support to employees, following up on requests and inquiries as needed.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, official memoranda, emails, and departmental correspondence.
• Support other HR functions and administrative activities as assigned to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
