Proposed Training Description
This training program aims to develop the trainee’s skills in Human Resources Operations by providing practical experience in employee procedures, HR data management, attendance and leave administration, and preparing HR-related reports and documents in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Training Responsibilities
This training program aims to develop the trainee’s skills in Human Resources Operations by providing practical experience in employee procedures, HR data management, attendance and leave administration, and preparing HR-related reports and documents in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Training Responsibilities
- Support employee attendance and leave management processes and maintain related records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures related to employee requests and leave management.
- Update employee records and maintain personnel files in accordance with approved procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Support HR processes related to promotions, training, benefits, and end-of-service procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and documents and support related data analysis.
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Eligible to join the Tamheer Program.
- The applicant must not be currently employed.
- The applicant must not have been registered as employed during the previous 6 months.
