Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Maintain and improve performance management systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and staff.

- Monitor and report on HR metrics and recommend improvements.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
