Job Summ

ary:We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Capital Trainee under Tamheer Program to join our Human Capital team. This role is tailored for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in human capital processes. The selected trainee will support end-to-end activities while learning from experienced HR profession

Key Responsibili

  • ties:Assist in all HR issues related to employees in compliance with local labour laws and regulations and in line with the Company’s strategy and market gr
  • owth.Help manage employee database and ensures the accuracy and update of
  • data.Support in maintaining personnel files and records and updated in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and proced
  • ures.Assists in the labour payroll and transactions such as leaves, advances, deductions, allowances, separations, permanent transfers,
  • etc.Displays strong knowledge in the use of HRIS modules and demonstrates ability to identify and report errors when ne
  • eded.Support in maintaining violation records for labours in line with the labour law requirem
  • ents.Works closely with the MIS department to help ensure system improvement and makes recommendations for automation and improvements via the use of technology and improved proced
  • ures.Maintain good knowledge of legal requirements in the areas where the Company operates to ensure legal compliance of the HR proj
  • ects.Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient Human Capital pro
  • cess.Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital
