حاسب كميات (Quantity Surveyor) للعمل في مكة المكرمة - السعودية
المؤهلات العلمية والمهنية
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة التشييد أو مساحة الكميات.
- عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
الخبرات العملية (متطلبات أساسية)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها سنتان على الأقل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة احترافية وتطبيق عملي لـ كود البناء السعودي (SBC).
- الإلمام التام بالاشتراطات والمتطلبات الفنية الصادرة من الجهات الرقابية.
- خبرة في:
- إعداد دراسات الجدوى المبدئية.
- حصر الكميات بدقة عالية.
- تسعير البنود وفق أسعار السوق الحالية في المنطقة الغربية.
المهارات التقنية والشخصية
- إتقان العمل على
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel (مستوى متقدم)
- برامج الحصر الهندسي
- القدرة على مراجعة مخططات أمانة العاصمة المقدسة ومطابقتها مع الكميات المنفذة على أرض الواقع.
- دقة عالية في اكتشاف الأخطاء بالمخططات قبل مرحلة التنفيذ لتفادي الهدر المالي.
- يفضل على المتقدم ان يكون عربي الجنسية وخبرة وفي المنطقة الغربية
