حاسب كميات (Quantity Surveyor) للعمل في مكة المكرمة - السعودية


المؤهلات العلمية والمهنية

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة التشييد أو مساحة الكميات.
  • عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.


الخبرات العملية (متطلبات أساسية)

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها سنتان على الأقل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • معرفة احترافية وتطبيق عملي لـ كود البناء السعودي (SBC).
  • الإلمام التام بالاشتراطات والمتطلبات الفنية الصادرة من الجهات الرقابية.
  • خبرة في:
  • إعداد دراسات الجدوى المبدئية.
  • حصر الكميات بدقة عالية.
  • تسعير البنود وفق أسعار السوق الحالية في المنطقة الغربية.


المهارات التقنية والشخصية

  • إتقان العمل على
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Excel (مستوى متقدم)
  • برامج الحصر الهندسي
  • القدرة على مراجعة مخططات أمانة العاصمة المقدسة ومطابقتها مع الكميات المنفذة على أرض الواقع.
  • دقة عالية في اكتشاف الأخطاء بالمخططات قبل مرحلة التنفيذ لتفادي الهدر المالي.
  • يفضل على المتقدم ان يكون عربي الجنسية وخبرة وفي المنطقة الغربية
