About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, integrating, supporting, and enhancing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions based on business requirements.

Analyze technical and functional requirements and propose effective system solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and enterprise applications.

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.

Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.

Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.

Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies.

Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users when required.
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS implementation, development, integration, or support.

Strong experience with HRMS platforms and enterprise applications.

Experience with system integrations, APIs, and database technologies.

Strong SQL and reporting skills.

Experience in troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience with ERP and HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics HR, or similar platforms.

Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.

Knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, and Performance Management.

Relevant HRMS or ERP certifications are a plus.
