Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can manage the full recruitment cycle while supporting a wide range of HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to job offers and onboarding.
- Publish job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media, including LinkedIn.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, employee requests, letters, and HR administration.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, not limited to talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Jisr HRMS is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
