HR Operations Specialist - Saudi National

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources operations by ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes and compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The role supports the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel administration, HR documentation, government-related processes, and HR systems, while contributing to a positive employee experience and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations and employee administration in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Prepare, maintain, and update employee records, personnel files, employment contracts, and HR documentation.

Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation and system updates are completed accurately and on time.

Process employment offers, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, resignations, and termination documentation.

Support attendance, leave management, and employee data administration through the HR Information System (HRIS).

Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee records affecting salary, benefits, and allowances.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and government requirements.

Process HR-related requests, including employment certificates, salary certificates, and other employee documentation.

Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, employee benefits administration, and related HR services.

Liaise with government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant systems as required.

Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and operational dashboards for management.

Assist with HR audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping and document control.

Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities when required, including interview coordination and onboarding logistics.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a professional and timely manner.

Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements

Saudi National (Required).

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Human Resources within a corporate or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.

Hands-on experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher Business.

Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information professionally.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
