About the Role:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and internal systems.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll preparation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
• Assist with HR reports, documentation, and policy implementation.
