Virtucruit is partnering with a leading company in Saudi Arabia to appoint an HR / GR Officer within the Human Resources Department.
The ideal candidate shall effectively and efficiently manage HR and government relations activities, ensuring all employee-related processes, documentation, and government requirements are handled accurately and in compliance with company policies and local regulations, from initiation through to completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.
- Manage overall HR & administrative functions in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and personnel file management.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, warning letters, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, payroll coordination, and final settlements.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR support activities.
- Operate and manage Saudi government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, and Chamber of Commerce services.
- Process iqama issuance/renewal, work permits, profession changes, employee transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit visas.
- Manage Qiwa contracts, Saudization compliance, labor transfers, and employee updates.
- Handle GOSI registration/deletion, salary updates, and WPS compliance through Mudad.
- Coordinate medical insurance, employee benefits, and other HR administrative matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals.
- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to independently manage HR and government-related tasks.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, ERP usage.
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
- Saudi Nationals only.
