What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure timely hiring and onboarding plans that support business objectives and budget requirements
- Collaborate with departments to align HR practices with business goals
- Support workforce planning and people strategies to meet future organizational needs
- Implement programs to attract, develop, and retain talent
- Support recognition and incentive initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Ensure employees are informed and aligned with company policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and support grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal regulations
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and track key KPIs
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and plans. Ensure managers and employees are updated on any policy changes
- Participate in departmental meetings and provide HR guidance. Support organizing internal events and employee engagement activities
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- University degree in HR or related field
- Essential 5-8 years of years’ experience
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office, HRIS (ERP based), SAP added advantage
- Native Arabic speaker and fluent English is essential
What competencies are key to this role?
- Strong knowledge of core Human Resources functions, including compensation, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the capability to build effective relationships at all levels
- High level of organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
