شركة ميريا هي شركة متخصصة بتشغيل وإدارة الفنادق بمختلف تصنيفاتها وأحجامها بخبرة تمتد إلى 15 سنة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• استقبال ومساعدة الضيوف عند الوصول وضمان انطباع أول إيجابي.

• إدارة عمليات تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة بكفاءة ودقة.

• التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف وطلباتهم وشكاواهم بسرعة واحترافية.

• الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية، إدارة الحجوزات، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخر:

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمعلومات الضيوف والمدفوعات.

• ضمان نظافة وتنظيم منطقة الاستقبال وترحيب الضيوف.

• دعم المهام الإدارية المتعلقة بعمليات المكتب الأمامي.

• التنسيق مع قسم النظافة والصيانة لضمان جاهزية الغرف.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• شهادة الدبلوم ؛ ويفضل دبلوم في الضيافة.

• خبرة سابقة في وظيفة موظف استقبال أو مكتب أمامي مفضلة.

• مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة.

• القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة بهدوء وكفاءة.

• إجادة استخدام برامج الـ Microsoft Office

• مظهر مهني وسلوك ودود ومتعاون.

• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا).

• مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
