Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
• Early career professional (0-2 years of experience) with exposure to call center operations, customer service, or administrative/secretarial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and manage customer interactions and administrative correspondence.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with demonstrated capability in schedule management, meeting coordination, and maintaining organized records.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in fast-paced environments while handling high-volume interactions and multitasking across administrative and customer-facing duties with professionalism and quality.
