Job Description
- Develop and execute the entity's overall media and communications strategy
- Oversee content production across digital, social media, video, and broadcast channels
- Manage relationships with broadcasters, media partners, sponsors, and external agencies
- Lead and mentor the media and content team, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms
- Monitor media performance, audience engagement, and content analytics to optimise strategy
- Proven experience in a senior media, communications, or content leadership role within sport, entertainment, or media industries
- Experience managing high-performing creative and media teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong network across media, broadcast, and sports industries is advantageous
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-profile environments
