We're Hiring: Head of Compliance!

We are searching for a highly skilled and proactive Head of Compliance to lead our compliance function and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in compliance management, policy development, and risk assessment to safeguard our organization’s integrity and reputation.

What You'll Do:
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations
Develop and update internal policies to meet legal standards
Lead training sessions for employees on compliance topics
Conduct internal audits and investigations as required
Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior compliance role, preferably in a regulated industry
Strong knowledge of local and international regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
