PlatOne Management Group is hiring on behalf of a well-established financial services and investment banking firm in Saudi Arabia.

Role Description The Head of Capital Equity Market is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading PlatOne’s capital markets strategy with a focus on equity-related activities. This role oversees the design and execution of equity financing initiatives, capital structure optimization, and investment strategies that support the company’s growth and workforce solutions ambitions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying investment and securitization opportunities, managing relationships with financial institutions and investors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks. The Head of Capital Equity Market collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align capital markets activities with corporate strategy, while building a robust capital markets function that supports long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to design and manage complex capital structures.
• Expertise in Capital Markets and Investments, including equity issuance, market analysis, and investor relations.
• Knowledge of Securitization and related instruments, with experience structuring and assessing asset-backed or similar transactions.
• Proven leadership experience in senior capital markets or investment roles, preferably within regional or international financial markets.
• Advanced analytical, modeling, and risk assessment skills, with attention to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage boards, investors, and external partners.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Saudi and GCC financial ecosystem, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
