Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing and renewal of Exit Re-Entry visas, Iqamas, and other employee residency permits.
- Manage business visas and invitation letters to associates visiting KSA.
- Prepare and issue official ID letters and other employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
- Maintain accurate records and track status of all employee government service requests. (Baladya cards, residency permits ...etc.)
- Provide timely updates and support to employees regarding their government service applications.
- Assist in resolving any issues or delays related to employee government services.
- Tracking health (baladya cards) of factory associates and booking appointments.
- Support PO through the onboarding/ offboarding process. (GOSI, Contracts, Qwia ...Etc.)
- Support the Corporate Affairs Manager when needed with administrative tasks.
- Manage government documentation and approvals related to company operations and ensuring the validity of licenses and certificates.
- Monitor changes in government regulations affecting the company and advise management accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in government services related to employee visas and permits preferred.
- Proactiveness and dealing with ambiguity.
- Customer focus and comfort around higher management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor and immigration regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory environment, especially Customs and FDA processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
- Good level of English to ensure smooth communication with stakeholders (internal and external).
