Governance Manager

Job Purpose:

To support the organization’s corporate governance framework by overseeing governance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and approved policies, and maintaining clear accountability across the organization. Ensures effective governance oversight, accurate and timely reporting to senior management, and promotes a strong governance culture that supports transparency, accountability, risk awareness, and informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in legal or any related field.
• Minimum of 7 Years of related experience.
