Role Summary:

The GIS Specialist will play a key role in supporting and managing Geographic Information Systems operations. This position is essential to ensure compliance with technical standards and to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all GIS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and oversee GIS projects to ensure compliance with approved technical standards.

Monitor and manage spatial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GIS methodologies.

Analyze geographic data and produce maps and reports in line with project requirements.

Ensure proper use of GIS software and systems across all activities.

Conduct data validation and quality checks to maintain integrity of GIS outputs.

Support integration of GIS data with other operational systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field in Geographic Information Systems.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems.

Proficiency in using Geographic Information Systems software.
