Garment Pattern Maker – Fashion Production

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Garment Production & Pattern Specialist to support our day-to-day apparel operations. This is a full-time, production-focused role for someone who works comfortably with patterns as part of a regular workflow.

The role is practical and execution-driven, supporting real garments in production across categories such as t-shirts, hoodies, pants, shorts, and similar streetwear and modern fashion essentials.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust, and grade patterns for apparel products including t-shirts, hoodies, pants, shorts, and related items.
• Work with both hand-drawn (manual) and digital patterns.
• Prepare patterns suitable for manual cutting and automatic / laser cutting workflows.
• Support sampling, fittings, and fit corrections to ensure patterns are production-ready.
• Refine measurements, construction details, and overall pattern consistency across products.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure patterns translate correctly into manufacturing.
• Maintain clean, organized, and production-ready pattern files and documentation.
• Review production batches to ensure they conform to the original approved patterns.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in apparel pattern making within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working with both manual and digital pattern making.
• Strong understanding of how patterns behave in manual cutting and automated / laser cutting processes.
• Experience working with real garments, fittings, and production constraints.
• Practical, detail-oriented mindset focused on execution and consistency.

Nice to Have

• Background in fashion design, garment production, or technical apparel work.
• Familiarity with digital pattern software such as Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or similar.
• Experience with casualwear or fashion basics.
• Understanding of sewing machine types and garment construction techniques.

Location

Factory Onsite – Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Relocation within the Kingdom or from outside Saudi Arabia can be arranged for the right candidate.
