Fleet Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure maximum vehicle availability, safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience managing drivers, vehicle maintenance, compliance, and fleet performance within a fast-paced logistics or last-mile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure smooth execution of transportation activities.
• Manage vehicle allocation and monitor fleet utilization to support operational requirements.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitor vehicle inspections, registrations, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Track fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and fleet performance KPIs.
• Investigate vehicle accidents, damages, and traffic violations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise drivers and fleet staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare operational reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery.
• Experience managing drivers and fleet-related operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet compliance, and transportation regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
