About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fire Inspector to join our Poultry Division. The successful candidate will support fire prevention programs, conduct safety inspections, monitor fire protection systems, and help maintain a safe working environment across facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in fire safety, emergency response, or occupational safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine fire and safety inspections of buildings, equipment, and work areas.
  • Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the maintenance and testing of fire detection and suppression systems.
  • Assist in conducting fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare inspection reports, incident reports, and safety documentation.
  • Monitor the condition and availability of firefighting equipment.
  • Participate in fire risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver basic fire prevention awareness and training to employees.
  • Coordinate with emergency response teams during incidents and emergencies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fire Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in fire safety, fire inspection, firefighting, or emergency response.
  • Knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
  • Good understanding of fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain inspection records.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Physically fit and capable of responding to emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
