- Acquire SME customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and assigned leads/managers.
- Understand financing needs and explain suitable products and eligibility requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up to achieve acquisition and financing targets.
- Support application completion and collection of required documents.
- Coordinate with Credit Risk and Operations to resolve queries and track applications.
- Explain approved offers, pricing, and repayment terms within delegated authority.
- Maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role
