Finance SME in Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO modules to support business requirements and process optimization.
- Deliver finance data and analytics initiatives, including cost planning, cost allocations, and budgeting activities.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops with business leaders to align project objectives and clarify functional needs.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices, configurations, and process improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams to ensure successful delivery and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO consulting and implementation experience.
- Proven leadership experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for addressing complex finance challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
