As a Field Operator Level III , you will be responsible for:
- Operate coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations.
- Execute pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, acidizing, and other CT interventions.
- Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations at well sites.
- Monitor job parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coil tubing strings and pressure control equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CT equipment.
- Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and operational records.
- Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Identify operational risks and take corrective actions when required.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Level 1 and Level 2 Operators.
- Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, and other crew members for smooth job execution.
- Comply with all company HSE policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
- Report hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Have a minimum 3–5 years of experience in Coil Tubing operations.
- Proven experience in well intervention and CT services.
- Strong knowledge of CT equipment, pressure control, and pumping systems.
- H2S and First Aid certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work in remote locations and rotational shifts
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in field environments.
- Leadership and team support capabilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- High commitment to safety and compliance. Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in harsh environmental conditions (heat, dust, offshore/onshore).
- Physically fit to handle field operations and equipment handling.
- This position may require travel to various field locations.
- The employee is expected to demonstrate leadership in safety and operational excellence
