Job Responsibilities
As a field gold buyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Visit mining sites daily to purchase gold dore from local miners.
- Verify weight and quality using certified digital scales.
- Record all transactions via mobile app (cash or MoMo).
- Transport gold securely to Tako Gods vault in armored vehicle.
- Build long-term trust and relationships with mining communities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Honest, reliable, and trusted by local communities.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Motorcycle license (company bike + fuel provided).
- Fluent in Twi and English.
- Physically fit to work outdoors in mining areas.
