Support financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Your role
- Monitor FM budgets, expenditures, and cost performance across the network.
- Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery.
- Track cost variations, identify discrepancies, and support cost control measures.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.
- Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
