Job Description:

The Executive Vice President (EVP) will serve as a strategic leader within the organization, setting the vision and direction for key operational areas, and driving initiatives that align with the overall business goals. The EVP will foster a culture of innovation, ensure operational excellence, and champion ethical practices while enhancing company performance. This role demands a transformative leader who possesses strong business acumen, adeptness in stakeholder management, and the foresight to anticipate market trends. Responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team to develop high-level strategies, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing the organization's competitive positioning in the marketplace. The EVP will also mentor senior leaders, cultivate talent across the organization, and be accountable for the organization’s performance metrics and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-national corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution within a C-suite role, demonstrating significant contributions to organizational growth.
  • Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong financial acumen with an ability to manage large budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring sustainability and profitability.
  • Expertise in risk management, demonstrating an understanding of legal implications, compliance metrics, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and report on performance metrics, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide initiatives, collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to corporate responsibility, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational performance and ensure the company meets financial targets, while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies, to foster collaborative success.
  • Evaluate industry trends and competitor strategies to proactively inform organizational adaptations and strategic pivots.
  • Champion a culture of accountability within the organization, setting clear performance expectations and metrics for success.
  • Direct fundraising, investor relations, and high-stakes negotiations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Facilitate changes in organizational structure and processes to optimize efficiency and responsiveness to market demands.
  • Actively represent the company externally, enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and engagement within the industry.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform strategic initiatives and operational adjustments.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting values that align with the organization’s commitment to community and stakeholder welfare.
