The Executive Housekeeper at Shangri-La Jeddah is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all housekeeping activities, maintaining the established standards of cleanliness, orderliness and attractive condition of the public areas and heart-of-the-house areas. By l eading and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction in alignment with Shangri-La’s luxury hospitality standards. This role oversees guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a consistently high-quality environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

As an Executive Housekeeper, we rely on you to,
- Ensure smooth housekeeping operations on a daily basis.
- Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team, including supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff.
- Maintain team performance and process flow.
- Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times.
- Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies.
- Adheres to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel.
- Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Has previous experience in a similar capacity from a luxury hotel preferably in GCC countries.
- Takes pride in being a hotelier.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Fully understands room operations.
- Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented.
- Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Has strong interpersonal skills
