The Executive Director of Government Excellence & Institutional Reform will spearhead transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of governmental operations. Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in government, public administration, or related fields, with significant exposure to institutional reform and excellence initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and driving organizational change within complex environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, development, and implementation, particularly in public governance and institutional frameworks.
- Strong understanding of public budgeting, finance, and resource management, with an ability to evaluate and optimize financial performance.
- Exceptional ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Experienced in strategic planning and the capacity to formulate and implement effective strategies that drive desired outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to assess program effectiveness and institutional performance.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, fostering high-performance culture and a commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for government excellence and institutional reform initiatives that align with the organization's vision and goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team in the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative programs aimed at enhancing government services and institutional operations.
- Collaborate with government officials and stakeholders to assess current institutional frameworks and identify opportunities for reform and improvement.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of policies, practices, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and ensure accountability.
