Description
We’re looking for an experienced Onsite Event Manager to manage an advisory board meeting at a 5-star hotel in Jeddah. You’ll be the client’s main contact on the day, from arrival at 3 PM through to close at 9 PM, overseeing the setup, the food and beverage and the meeting itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the meeting room setup and confirm all requirements with the hotel before the 4 PM start
- Manage food and beverage service with the hotel banqueting team
- Keep the meeting on schedule and on agenda
- Be the client’s main onsite contact and resolve any issues as they come up
- Make sure senior attendees have a polished, professional experience
Requirements
- Proven experience managing corporate meetings, conferences or hotel events onsite
- Confident working with hotel banqueting and F&B teams
- Professional, well-presented and calm under pressure
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Based in Jeddah
- Available on 13 November 2026, 3 PM – 9 PM
