Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and departments.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Track project milestones, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support operational workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain organized documentation, digital records, and shared operational resources.
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating documentation and administrative tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, and routine reporting.
- Help improve administrative procedures and standard operating processes.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal administrative and operational requests.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support a positive and collaborative remote work environment.
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems, databases, and shared platforms.
- Organize electronic files and ensure document management best practices are followed.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Follow established company procedures and compliance standards.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 0–2 years of administrative, office support, operations, customer service, or related experience (internships and campus leadership experience are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity software.
- Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or business software is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack is beneficial.
