Summary Of The Role

Engineer II responsible for developing and delivering engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects. This role involves preparing technical documentation, selecting appropriate methods and equipment, and supporting safe and efficient project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop expertise in providing best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.
  • Develop and deliver complex engineering solutions, including method statements, drawings, calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Independently select and verify engineering methods and equipment to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Support project execution by overseeing engineering plans and adapting solutions when conditions or requirements change.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Engineers, maintaining oversight of the overall engineering scope.
  • Advise Operations, Sales, and Project Management on engineering feasibility, risks, and technical trade-offs.
  • Ensure engineering documentation is accurate, compliant with international standards, and properly reviewed and maintained.
  • Conduct route surveys and prepare detailed route survey reports for heavy transport and logistics operations.
  • Engage in both conventional methodologies and the development of innovative approaches.
  • Learn, prepare, and select both existing and updated engineering statements and methodologies.
  • Gain experience in developing drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure efficient execution that delivers the right results for the customer.
  • Using your expertise to develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects


Education

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering


Skills

  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ability to remain resilient and effective amidst changing priorities, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.


Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years relevant engineering experience, with demonstrate exposure to advanced and complex engineering solutions in heavy lifting industry .
  • Professional-level experience in engineering operation practices and systems, HLT equipment(Cranes, transport equipment and alternative equipment devices,etc), internal codes, and standards.
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D modeling, detailing, and drafting.
