The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Provides accurate and timely administration and information management (on medium to large size projects) by controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by Project, Design Teams /Consultants and Subcontractors.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Ensure information is managed in line with Mace procedures and project system standards.
• Oversee onboarding of staff and external parties to project systems.
• Manage system quality checks for all incoming documents.
• Create and maintain distribution groups to ensure effective information flow.
• Maintain project work package matrix and assign documents accurately.
• Run and deliver in‑app reports to support project teams.
• Administer user access and permissions across project systems.
• Safeguard key processes, including RFIs, while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon transition.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Sound knowledge of project information systems, typically Aconex.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Experience managing key construction information management procedures.
• Highly organised, with ability to coordinate and guide others effectively.
